RACLETTE AT HOME

We're so proud to present our own Papillon Deli Raclette Pack for you to enjoy at home.
We've made a little video with cooking instructions and serving suggestion. If you would like to read the simple step-by-step guide, see below:

1) Pre-heat your oven to 200° Celcius on Circulation Air & Grill (alternatively put it on top and bottom heating)
2) Remove lid from aluminium container.
3) Place on oven tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
4) Unwrap cold cuts and arrange them on a serving platter, place gurkins and smoked tomatoes in little bowls.
5) Take potatoes and cheese out of the oven when cheese is melted.
6) Serve - Voilà - Enjoy!

CONFIT DE CANARD AT HOME

We're beyond ecstatic to present our signature dish, Duck Confit, available at our French Deli for you to enjoy at home.
We've made a little video with cooking instructions and serving suggestion. If you would like to read the simple step-by-step guide, see below:

1) Pre-heat your oven to 200° Celcius on Circulation Air & Grill (alternatively set it to top and bottom heating)
2) Remove duck legs from packaging, place them in roasting dish and drizzle with Olive Oil.
3) Place on oven tray and roast for 15 minutes.
4) Take out of oven when skin is crispy and serve - Voilà - Enjoy!
