For this special occasion, Chef Ludo has created a five-course menu ($140pp) celebrating the classic dishes, regional flavours and simple pleasures that make French dining so special. Expect honest French food, beautiful French wine, and plenty of reasons to say santé.
Dust off your beret, pull on your stripes, embrace the feathers, or simply dress in whatever makes you feel fabulously French. The more festive, the better.
